Will Justice Catch Up With Elon Musk?

We're just beginning to comprehend the extraordinary destruction Musk unleashed

There best be a jail cell somewhere awaiting Elon Musk.

If the crimes against humanity Musk committed under the cover of “special government employee,” go unpunished, America is indeed doomed. If turncoat Republicans aren’t going to snap out of their fascist-enabling, MAGA-fied svengali trance on their own, the citizenry will have to turn up the heat — and insist.

For starters, the drug-addled Musk’s cold-blooded gutting of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) now is killing about 103 people an hour, most of them children. So far, that equates to an estimated 300,000 dead humans globally, according to Dr. Brooke Nichols, a mathematician and infectious disease modeler with Boston University.

Also, thanks to Musk’s mindless meddling, which deprived mothers of their antiretroviral therapy (ART) medication, an estimated 1,350 babies a day are born HIV-positive, according to the American Prospect.

Of course, all that doesn’t even come close to summing up the utter devastation inflicted on humanity and America by the multi-billionaire ravenous wolf welcomed into the hen house, who as head of the so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) pillaged our private data for his private whimsy, crippled social service programs, fired thousands of federal employees, and eviscerated agencies investigating him.

“The implications of DOGE’s actions for Americans are huge,” wrote historian Heather Cox Richardson in her “Letters From An American” Substack today. “DOGE operatives are now embedded in the U.S. government, where they are mining Americans’ data to create a master database that can sort and find individuals.

“Former Ohio Democratic Party chair David Pepper called it ‘a full-scale redirection of the government’s digital nervous system into the hands of an unelected billionaire.”

In today’s Substack, Richardson’s lays out the sheer hellish extent of the Trump administration’s reckless sabotage of everything humane and worthy about our now crippled Republic. She soberly informs, as well as she ever has, and captures the magnitude of deceit and dangerous, brazen corruption we Americans face.

Incalcuable Damage

It’s almost old news by now. But then again, it isn’t. It’s still breaking. It’s impossible to comprehend the depths of destruction and death that Musk has inflicted, is inflicting, and will continue to inflict.

All at the hands of a pill-popping sociopath who viewed his DOGE job with the seriousness of a high school prankster as he rummaged through the nation’s most protected data as if he were simply sorting through a sock drawer to weed out the unmatched stray socks and toss them in the trash can.

A New York Times report yesterday on Musk’s use of Ketamine, a powerful anesthetic, Ecstasy, and psychedelic mushrooms, possibly while wielding his chainsaw to purportedly cut fat from the federal government, should only throw fuel on the fire of outrage among Americans. Musk “traveled with a daily medication box that held about 20 pills, including ones with the markings of the stimulant Adderall,” the New York Times report said.

Note, Adderall is the also reportedly Donald Trump’s drug of choice while pissing off the public and hoarding unearned, undeserved, entitlements for himself. That may help explain the creepy, crawly feeling watching a grinning, black-eyed Musk and subdued Trump say their staged goodbyes in the Oval Office yesterday as they mutually admired the gold-painted ceiling of Oval like two kids sharing their first joint together.

Trump commended Musk on his nightmarish 130-day stint as his “special government employee” heading the professed Department of Government Efficiency. And Musk promised he’d always be there for his criminal cohort.

Others applauded Musk as well.

"In just over 100 days, Elon rooted out billions in waste, fraud, and abuse to make government more efficient," wrote Iowa Republican Sen. Joni Ernst wrote on X. "This is just the start of making DOGE a lifestyle for Washington by continuing to downsize government and put taxpayers first."

Really, it’s all so sad. To what depths of depravity has America sunk? We may yet have to find out.

The Cuts Will Keep on Coming

Musk may be technically departing from DOGE, but his dirty work will keep paying dividends for the treasonous and self-absorbed who’ve cheered him all through his miserable mission. Musk has enriched himself by $170 billion since endorsing Trump for president in July of 2024 and spending more than $275 million to get him elected.

And don’t forget Russell Vought, who brainstormed the Project 2025 blueprint for this nightmare, and homeland insecurity advisor Stephen Miller, who wants end the writ of habeas corpus rights for those arrested — both as hazardous, if not more so to the Republic and genuine government efficiency — remain in the administration and committed to crippling the Republic so they can cater to the rich and greedy.

“Dodge’s cuts was never really about saving the government money,” says Robert Reich with Common Cause, in his latest social media video post, calling out Musk’s atrocious crimes against humanity. “They were about benefiting a small group of billionaires.”

"Elon may be on his way out, but DOGE is still gutting countless government programs and services that millions of Americans rely on," Reich wrote.

The malevolent Musk took his chainsaw to the FAA, FEMA, FDA, USAID, Veterans Affairs, Consumer Protection Bureau, National Parks and more. Musk’s dastardly deeds are leaving Americans more vulnerable to hunger, disease, deadly storms, unsafe air travel, desperation and death.

Musk and his DOGE operatives still holding sensitive government positions are doing the devil’s work. And the cuts will keep on coming if the courts don’t effectively intervene. So far, fortunately, the courts are holding their own.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan on Tuesday ruled that 14 states can proceed with their lawsuit against Musk and the alleged Department of Government Efficiency. Judge Chutkan clarified that the states had provided sound arguments that “Musk and DOGE’s conduct is ‘unauthorized by any law.’”

Conflagration of Conflicts

Meanwhile, while the myriadly conflicted Musk was gleefully sabotaging our Democracy, he was focused on setting himself up nicely — landing government contracts and finagling the Trump administration to pressure nations to employ his Starlink satellite communications system as part of Trump’s nonsensical TACO tariff talks.

That’s the same Starlink system, by the way, that some election security advocates suspect played a key role in swinging the 2024 election for Musk’s main man Trump.

In her Substack today, Richardson recaps details revealed in that same New York Times article yesterday: “billionaire Elon Musk texted privately about his concerns that government investigations into his businesses would ‘take me down.’ ‘I can’t be president,’ he wrote, ‘but I can help Trump defeat Biden and I will.’”

And by many accounts, through various means, Musk did just that. It’s why Election Truth Alliance and Smart Elections, non-partisan, nonprofit election security groups, which have uncovered evidence of “vote-flipping algorithms” in swing states during the 2024 elction, are urging citizens to demand their state officials allow forensic audits.

ETA cites Trump’s crediting Musk’s knowledge of “vote-counting computers” for his win in Pennsylvania as compounding evidence that matches up with their discovery of vote manipulation in PA. And suspicions persist that Musk’s new futuristic Starlink silently hovering above all the chaos in swing states on election day played a role in Trump’s win.

The Common Coalition - “The Peoples Movement,” an election integrity group assisting ETA, published this two months ago:

“In January 2024, Musk began rapid deployment of a low-orbit Direct-to-Cell satellite constellation, with 265 satellites operational by late October. These satellites have the ability to function as a man-in-the-middle (MitM) network, the equivalent to placing a Stingray device above every voting precinct in America.

“This unprecedented infrastructure raises urgent cyber security concerns, particularly due to its potential for intercepting or redirecting election-related transmissions. With this technology, the argument that “election equipment isn’t connected to the internet” becomes irrelevant—data packets can be wirelessly intercepted and relayed via DTC satellites.”

“After appearing on stage with Trump on October 5,” Richardson continues. “Musk texted a person close to him: ‘I’m feeling more optimistic after tonight. Tomorrow we unleash the anomaly in the matrix.’ About an hour later, he added: ‘This is not something on the chessboard, so they will be quite surprised. ‘Lasers’ from space.’”

Yeah, it’s time justice found Elon Musk.
